Its funny how weight gain just seems to creep up on us. One minute your slim, a size 10 no problem finding & more importantly getting into those skinny jeans and then boom, you can certainly pinch more than an inch.

Certainly for many its getting a flatter, firmer tummy that is after having shed the extra loosing additional weight and toning up thighs and calf's is another area for many people. So you can see its really very important to get the right program for the area you want to improve.

In these days there are many plans that you can work with in the comfort of your own home. Work out videos, there's loads of them. Routines that you can find on the internet etc. Its also important to not only choose one that will work on the right area of your body but also one that you feel confident you can stick with for the duration otherwise you'll never see the results you want.

For many joining a gym and therefore being able to utilise their extensive range of equipment is the preferred choice. But beware before you part with your hard earned cash you must answer these questions truthfully

1.If I pay for a membership – will I really to it and how often a week do I need to go to make it viable ?
Answer: If you can't commit – don't do gyms rely on the fact that many of us pay a membership but rarely ever go. Its a very expense mistake

2.Does the gym offer some kind of instruction & mentoring ?
Answer: if not then steer clear. We all need advice and encouragement. Plus over-use of some equipment can cause serious injury.

3.Can you handle being hot, sweaty and fat in front of all the gym posers ?
Answer: yes this is a serious question-for many of us we feel intimidated in front of gym regulars who are super fit.

If you think you might struggle with this – don't take out aannual membership. Try a short trial, find out how you get on before shelling out big bucks.

But again be cautious of the glossy ads selling complete home fitness centres as well as those selling just single pieces of equipment like an exercise bike.

Needless to say Monday never arrived.

So I suggestspend as little money as possible until you are confident of your commitment to fast weight loss. Without commitment you are absolutely nowhere.

That s why getting at least some results quickly is really important. Lets be honest getting into a pair of jeans you haven't had on for 2 years is a result! Get that result quickly and when you're having “I need some chocolate” kind of day its a lot easier to resist the temptation
